CPDC Décor was a home based business that primarily served interior design companies and independent designers. Over the years, residential and commerical clientele was established. After 14 years as an home based workroom CPDC Décor moved into a retail space with a window covering showroom and workroom.

Business Owner

Candace Phelps is the owner and designer of CPDC Décor a soft furnishing showroom and workroom. She has worked in the interior design field since 1994 as a contractor, patternmaker and product developer for various interior design firms. Candace is a Window Fashions Certified Professional Specialist. CPDC Décor provides custom window treatments and other home accessories to her residential and commerical clientele.
