Manager

I started off as trainee in Lakefield, and continued with them after completing my Hospitality Management Degree. My job as Training Manager enables me to pass on my skills and knowledge to future colleagues in the industry I love. To work in the industry you need to be creative, pro-active and have a love of people and of «service» not «servitude». We aim to meet and exceed the needs of both our students and customers through hard work, excellent team work and lots of enthusiasm.
