Sometimes you just need edible food fast. Kungs met that need on a recent trip of mine to north London There were a few customers waiting when I walked in and I was a little skeptical when they said my house special fried noodles would be ready in 5 – 10 minutes. However, I had to literally eat my words when it arrived on 10 minutes The noodles were perfectly serviceable without being that memorable. They were generous with the meat and prawns Not a bad takeaway

Have been visiting this place since i moved to london. Was always fairly happy with the service. However my latest purchase made me sick, literally. When i called to complain they asked me to come collect my refund. Once i arrived back at the shop they told me i needed to return the food to get a re-fund(the food that made me sick) so they could feed it too their dog?! They did not believe me that the food was bad they thought i was trying to get a free dinner. The management are small minded fools basically. So i went home got the food out the bin and returned. They reluctantly gave me a refund. And they wanted the food back!!! To their anger i kept the food and put it in the bin where it belongs. Why did they want the food back!!! To feed to their DOG! WHOISINTHEKITCHEN???

I often find chinese food dissapointing what you get is often nothing like what the menu promised and kung’s is much the same but i do order the broccoli in oyster sauce and the thai style special fried rice these are nice basic dishes which kungs do perfectly. kungs also deliver minimum order £12 if memory serves me correctly.
