My friends spotted this basement bar as we were strolling down Duke Street and it’s certainly one of the nicest basements I’ve ever visited, beautiful and elegantly decorated. Some classic hip hop & R&B added to the relaxed vibe. The food menu looked really interesting but we just sampled some of the gin cocktails. My un bloody Mary was a real surprise — it’s not actually red and had a unique and intriguing flavour. The one featuring egg whites was great too –punchy and not too sweet. Would definitely like to come back and try the food.
