Bee Bee’s Cafe and Takeaway

Bee Bee’s is a wonderful little café serving up some of the most pleasant but greasy food you will eat! However, the food is cheap and tasty and we all need to add oil sometimes. The cheeseburger bun I had was a bit chargrilled but had a crispy texture to it and the burger was moist and juicy. I’ve had burgers which are dry and its horrible but here is the opposite which I do prefer. The chips are also nice and have a flavour to them, not being plain and dry as some places. The ketchup to be aware of is very sweet so only add a little!
All in all, great service and a quick place to grab a bite or two.

This was possibly the greasiest cooked breakfast I have had in Liverpool. But it was also one of the cheapest so I can’t really complain. The service here is quick and to the point so you will not have to spend ages sitting around in the drab interior. There is quite a friendly atmosphere in Bee Bee’s as it is always busy so It can sometimes be difficult to get a seat, however most of the meals on offer can be ordered to go and if the weather is nice there is limited seating outside.
Be warned, the food here may be cheap but its quality suffers for it. The ham egg and chips I had last time was undistinguished lacking both taste and substance. Bee Bee’s is alright if your in a hurry or desperate for something cheap and greasy but if you’ve some more time on your hands or don’t mind paying a little bit more for something that tastes good then I would give it a miss.

I popped in here when I fancied a quick freshly made sandwich, and that is exactly what I got. The chap serving was really friendly, making good conversation.
If you are wanting more than a sandwich, the café & takeaway offers salads, burgers, baked potatoes and hot and cold drinks. If you fancy breakfast at lunchtime they also do all day breakfast — awesome!
A small selection of cakes such as bakewell tart and chocolate muffin, twix and mars bars. But not enough selection for a cake lover like me!
