Drumry Train Station has two platforms with a shelter on one and a station office on the other. It is the nearest station to the Great Western Retails park which includes a large Sainsbury’s.
Warning: the walk from Great Western Road to the station is isolated and unlit. I would not recommend walking along it at night.

Drumry station is served by a regular 15-​minute service between Balloch/​Dalmuir and Glasgow Queen Street/​Central/​Larkhall/​Drumgelloch. The station is quite similar in appearance to Drumchapel just a stop away, with its footbridge and ticket office/​waiting room building, which thankfully provides some sanctuary out of the cold. Though it is slightly larger and less claustrophobic than Drumchapel.
Unfortunately the tannoy — which announces incoming trains at the platform — was very quiet on the eastbound platform. This surely has to be addressed — people could end up getting into a muddle or even missing trains because of this.
