History

Established in 2010.

I was working as a head pastry chef in London till 2010 then I decided to open my own pastry shop, it was my dream since 1994 and it did not become true until 2010. I started trading from a page on face book called sweet sugar then it became a shop. I been working on the local customer family and friends, but now I trading for hotels restaurants and coffee shops.

Experience history

I have up to 17 years’ experience started as pastry and bakery chef from Middle East, Malaysia, USA and the UK.

I can make most of the Arabic, French, western and Welsh pudding and sweets and bread as well as, all types of chocolate Petit fours, creams, Ice cream and sorbet, all types of sauces, paste and sugar work, also all types of and the high tea with Welsh cakes and scones. I’m also chef manger; I’m professional in stock control, inventor, budget and payroll I have 4 years’ work experience as executive sous chef at 4 star hotel
