Outside looks weird, but the inside is really cute. The jalapeño burger I had was amazing. Not really a burger joint, but I’d get it every time. Burger and fries was 11 bucks which wasn’t bad. Got a drink too and it was 9, which is expensive but so is PR in general.

So delicious! I ordered the frozen strawberry margarita and the pollo fajitas. It was incredibly filling and WAY too delicious! There were beans and guac. Super impressive! The service was also really great. The waitress kept filling up my water without any hesitation. $ 1 coronas $ 5 margs not frozen

The food, the vibe, the service — everything just pulls you back to this place. I’m so glad we discovered this place in the beginning of our hollyday.

Nice margaritas and good service. The fajitas were ok — a little heavy on the onions. The fish tacos were great. Pass on the empanadas — too much bread; although the banana ketchup that comes with them is a nice condiment.

I ordered the juicy tequila shrimp with this amazing cabbage salad, the combination was perfect. Smoky sweet flavors from the shrimp with vinegary citrus touches of the salad. This place never disappoints. Really good big plate Mexican food, spicy margaritas and crazy wall art to stare at.

Excellent mexican food. The tostada I had was probably the best I’ve ever had. My point off is due more to nitpicking than anything else but I would definitely recommend this place.

This was the first restaurant we went to in PR and we weren’t disappointed. They have the best nachos! We also tried the fish tacos and they were not bad. The décor is very unique. I would recommend this place to friends who come to visit PR.

Life can be hard sometimes when you taste something so amazing and you know that it’s gonna be a while since you meet again. All you can do is daydream. I felt that way about their fish tacos. If only they delivered to NYC. Holy crap. My vocabulary isn’t really extensive right now because their fish tacos were so excellent that I just… can’t. I’m salivating so hard right now and I already had my lunch. FRESH, tender, juicy, flavorful. Divine. The service was super friendly; it was like I was an old friend. Their margaritas are yummy, but the fish tacos stole the show. I’m pretty sure my eyes rolled back. Not too many tourists in there, so I knew the food had to be good. The décor is pretty cool, and the place has a nice laid back vibe. If I had money coming out of my ass I’d fly to Puerto Rico just for these fish tacos.

Amazing food & margaritas… panuchos delivers a great mexipuertorican experience! And prices are really reasonable… One of my favorite places in san juan, if you go pls try the tuna poke(tuna tartar) The spicy margarita with a little of pineapple juice is also great!

Good food and a cool funky vibe. We stopped in for dinner after some locals recommended it. The portions were good sized so I think we over ordered since we wanted to try several things. We had the queso fundido, the eggrolls(conchito eggrolls) and the mixed fajitas. All were very good but our favorite was probably the eggrolls. They were very tasty and a nice sized portion of them. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked good. The food was hot and fresh and the waitstaff was friendly. If we are back in that area again, I would definitely stop in.

My bf and I discovered this small place for a friend recommendation. It is small but very surprising. Tacos al pastor are delicious and the tuna tartar as well. Don’t forget to try the margaritas. The tamarindo one taste really good!

Only once. If you think about duck quesadillas. go somewhere else to get some. They only had about 2 ounces of meat. You cant tell if its chicken, turkey or duck. Service was not good. I made a carry-out order and when I got home it didn’t have salsa. This place has a nice ambiance but I wont go back.

Mexican food in Puerto Rico, came here craving some fish tacos and I was not disappointed. The portions were sizable and the flavor was up there with other Mexican restaurants I have been to in Los Angeles(LA has one of the best mexican food spots in the country — arguably) It’s a small, chick, well decorated restaurant, the bartender was very friendly and accomodating as I came into the restaurant 15 minutes before closing and they still took my order :)

We were told we had to come here, and we did. Menu is simple(limited options). Service was good but somewhat unprofessional at first. Hubby and I both had fish tacos. Serving was huge. 3 fish tacos. Taco chunks were too big in our opinion, and bland. Cilantro sour cream was yummy tho.

The pork tacos are excellent! The grouper ceviche is really awesome! The duck quesadillas have a funny sauce on top that is too sweet… the pork entrée of enchiladas or something was also excellent. Cool vibe in here and great music.

Margaritas. Drunk. Conchinito. Full and swollen. Tres leches. Gluttonous. Went out for some Puerto Rican food ended up eating a Mexican. A whole Mexican. It was delicious.
