A lot is going on, definitely not a boring ambience! Very dimly lit and a fun place to go to with your friends!

So happy to come across this place in Old San Juan. Legit dive bar with a great jukebox, and if you are lucky Christos will be working. Graffiti all over the walls gives it a charm like fans of the French quarter of New Orleans can appreciate. Good prices, ask for a local rum. Cash only. If you are looking for authentic and not the safe and boring route, please stop here.

Such a great place.. . Filthy downright nasty but that’s exactly why it’s amazing. Grungy and creative. raw and doesn’t give a damn type of vibe. probably home to some of the biggest coolest alchies on the island !! :) chatted with some cool people here. the bartenders too. You can draw wherever you want. play pool. jukebox. or just chill before you hit the next spot. We visited from NY. will def be back here eventually.

Bar hopping on a Tuesday and heard this place was great. We got there and the bartender had no limes for mojitos, we ordered them any ways and it was awful. The bathrooms were not clean, the group I was with had one drink and we moved on to the next bar.

Place seemed a little sketchy at first but looks can be deceiving; what an amazing find! Drinks were cheap, bartender was very friendly and attentive, vibe was very chill. A lot of people locals and tourists alike seemed to flock here. It was also voted #2 on top ten places to go for nightlife. Highly recommend!

Hipster, chill, «speakeasy» style bar. If you are down for a nice drink with a laid back atmosphere, go here. I’m not too sure why it’s classified as a «dive bar,» as it is pretty touristy because of it’s signed walls and business card chandeliers. Anyways, the bartender, Cristobal, is extremely friendly and gives you the best tips about your time in PR.

Cool place but had a grimy feel. No hand soap in the bathroom like the rest of Puerto Rico.

A dive bar with a long history. There is a pool table near the bathrooms and scribbles all over the wall. If that’s your scene, you will feel very welcome here. I liked the business card chandeliers since it was an interesting conversation piece.

Fantastic drinks [and strong pours] for good prices; cool bartender; great vibe. Well worth a visit!

Under new ownership and no longer a dive bar. It turned into a tourist bar with alcohol slushy machine. Gone are the music machine and miniature pool table and replaced with an extended bar. I hate progress.

Cute little dive bar. Good prices for the local beer medalla that I had. However only bad thing was my 3 friends ordered Corona and it was warm: when we told the bartender he offered a glass of ice and said he wasn’t the one that had stocked up. Didn’t offer any new cold beer. So make sure to ask which beer is cold as some are served warm.

Cheapest Jack Daniel I have had in a long time $ 5.5 with 60 years of history. This place is definitely worth visiting at least once. Also if you have a nice camera you can get shots with with the red wall

The coolest bar in Puerto Rico! Dive bar to the core. The juke box has something for everyone. The drinks are strong and the beers are cold. Good mix of tourist and locals. The bartender are so cool, Christos and Rafa are amazing. Smoking permitted inside. Don’t expect a piña colada or mojitos here. A must visit

It’s a beautiful graffiti laden dive bar in Old San Juan, that makes you feel at home. Nothing splashy, just cold beer some mixed drinks & a pool table with a 30 book library. Cristobal the bartender is chill, playing pink Floyd while he smokes a Marlboro & serves you a drink. No frills, an old wooden bar where travelers and locals have etched their names & ceilings where some wilder souls have sharpied theirs. Stairway to Heaven is playing while I finish this review.

Low key dive bar that’s got character all on its own. The juke box has a great selection of tunes.
