Servicio pésimo. Si no hubiese sido por el mal servicio, le hubiese dado 4 estrellas. La comida es muy buena, y los precios también.

This restaurant can be the best buy in the island. But you need to know what to order. This used to be a pizza place only but now the prepare spanish dishes. You need ro know the do no frying, no french fries. They cook everything in the pizza oven. The three baked chicken dishes at about $ 8 each are the best buy. Do not order fish because it will most probably be overcooked in the oven. The make excellent bread and good soup(sometimes a bit salty) that will be served as complementary free appetizers. The interior is nice and comfortable, service can be slow near lunchtime, arrive before noon. Side dishes are. Immense. They include potato salad, ali oli potatoes, pasta puttanesca or rice and beans. This place is not $$ sign but $.

Great food at a great price! Big portions! Best and biggest calzone you’ll ever eat! The«mini» calzone is huge!

How awful is De Felice? I’m barely giving this place even one star, because I thought I could get away with giving none. Lunch here was a horrendous experience, marred mostly by a wait of 75 min just to get our six entrees at our table. We were given a sopa early on, maybe after 2 min from the time we ordered, but the rest of the wait was grueling. The soup was this oversalted chicken based sopa with soggy macaroni. And when we finally got our food, the entrees were heavy, laden with thick sauces that tasted like saltlicks. The calzones were greasy and heavy. The chicken with stuffing of mofongo alone was so unappealing that it’s a wonder this gets served for lunch. When I ordered my spaghetti with meatballs, I was actually asked what kind of meat I wanted the meatballs. Really? I have a choice? What if I had said 15% veal and 85% pork; I ordered beef and they were still bad. Oh yeah, and I can’t resist mentioning the tower of potato salad that looked like it came out of a carton. What is so fancy about serving this with a calzone? Why? This is an Italian side dish? Nothing makes sense. Besides the surly, angry and aggressive service where they can’t be bothered to bring you a simple glass of water, one more thing should strike fear in any potential visitor to this place. No, it’s not the bumper car atmosphere of the parking lot. It’s the disgusting bathrooms, which at 12:15 were plainly unclean. The men’s room was«danado»(messed up/out of service) so I had to use the women’s. No tp. None at all. It’s like no one bothered to care. A crowded restaurant and no woman can go to the bathroom to use it, and worse: despite the notice that employee have to wash their hands, none of this is really possible. I say just don’t enter the bathroom at all –or this tacky, Al Pacino-Scarface drawings-on-the-wall-place.

Parking isn’t great, but once you’re in there you’ll love the place. I haven’t tried the pizza there, but the Spanish dishes are excellent. The service was OK, couldn’t expect more since I got there during rush hour.

The Place: De Felice is a local take on Italian food and pizzeria. At first I was excited about this, but, little by little, I realized they would not be met, let alone come close. The parking is limited, but there are spaces in the vicinity. The restaurant, inside, was nothing special. The noise level was a bit high. One thing I could not stand was that the tables were a bit wobbly. The Service: The service was horrible, period. I did not tip. It would have been irresponsible of me. I had to wait for about an hour until I was finally brought more water. This was after calling up the servers for the longest time. They were rude, slow, lacked cordiality, and nowhere to be seen when you needed them. They more or less knew the menu, but did not even know what to recommend. After asking to different waiters, they both kept on saying everything was good. The Food: The food was fair. The pizza we ordered was good but nothing special. The complementary cheese bread was good, but the complementary soup with pieces of pasta was a bit odd but decent. The Gist: I did not enjoy my experience at this restaurant. The place was alright, the parking was not. The service was bad and I did not feel like I was being serviced in the least bit. The food was decent but not enough to make up for the low quality of service. Visit this restaurant at your own risk!
