Fantastic little spot! Delicious food that is very reasonably priced, in a quite central location. Our food and drinks were amazing and we would highly recommend going here for the triple deck toasties. Left us full for hours which was ideal before our flight.

Popped in before we went to Anne Frank House. Quick, friendly service. Awesome lattes and sandwiches. The crosti special was fantastic. Highly recommended if you want to start your day right.

Lovely little place, great for brunch. Lovely toasties and great coffee. A little small if you’re in a big group but overall it’s great

This place is perfect for the following: Tall, filling sandwiches, people watching, and light conversation. Thanks to the reviews here on Unilocal,I stopped in. Exactly what I wanted — a filling snack with a very light chai. When I say light, I mean the flavoring isn’t like what we have in the US — it’s more subtle, more smooth. Not as sweet. The girl greeted me politely in English and was chatty and friendly while she made my sandwich and drink. Very small space with one place to really sit and eat inside(more space outside), and specific bread(White/Brown).

Such a quirky little café with different twists on their food and drink. Creative triple decker toasties with random flavours thrown in. Actually a little gem in the centre to find because most of the food is your usual English breakfast and very high prices. Lovely juices and non alcoholic mojitos and wasn’t too expensive compared to other places. Get the lovely seat by the window. Staff are lovely also. I would recommend the meatball sandwhich with pickles, cheese and honey mustard on brown bread. Was so good!

This place has great coffee, and they let us just hang for two hours while we waited to check in to our hostel! Plus, free biscuit cookies with our coffee

Super cute little coffee shop with the friendliest staff. Came in to read a little with a friend, we both enjoyed our cappuccinos and the cute little cookies that came on the side! Friendly local traffic of people in and out of the café, great chill atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to hang out and chat over great coffee.

Great toasted sandwiches at a great price. Simply put, that’s what you need to know! This is a small shop on a corner street, but still on Spuistraat, the part of the street that is closer to Centraal than it is to Dam Square. Grab a delicious sandwich that is stacked with three pieces of perfectly toasted bread with perfectly melted cheese with which ever fillings you pick from the menu and grab a seat outside on a nice day. I ordered The Classic, a ham and cheese toasty. It was tasty and filling and came with a sauce that, I’m told is called a curry sauce. This isn’t Indian curry, but more of a ketchup-type/BBQ sauce kind of deal. I hope I’m not offending anyone by describing it like that! But it’s very good and I’m not the biggest fan of sauces. I had a bit on every bite! They have great boxes for take-away too, so if you are on the go, it’s easy to take with you. Bonus: There’s an English menu on their website if you want a sneak-peek!
