I think that places like Chilis are great for big group gatherings, the portions here are huge which makes it perfect for sharing. I admit that there were a few times when the glutton in me decided to order a whole burger for myself and after the first three bites and a couple of French fries later I was fool. After that I’ve always ordered to share when I eat at Chilis. The wait-staff here are pretty friendly, they smile a lot and they are attentive as well. The came to our table once in a while to make sure we well taken care off. The drinks here’s are refillable, not only the soft drinks the juices too! Which makes eating here all the more worth it. Aside from the enormous portions, the food here is not fantastic but it’s not too bad either. Their burgers are worth it, very filling but I prefer their club sandwich. One of the better club sandwiches I’ve had, the chicken ham in the sandwich is really tasty and not too salty but I’m not a fan of the beef bacon though. A little too though for my liking. The salads here are insane, the mountain of lettuce they serve you would make any rabbit hop with joy. You can never go wrong with Chilis, especially if you’re planning to catch up with some friends over an affordable meal.

The food at Chili’s is as standard as you can get with any chain food restaurants. I’ve tried Chili’s in other outlets but not this one, and decided to give it a shot one hungry Saturday. Food menu was standard. I ordered the Beef bacon burger and Tostada chips while the bf ordered a Chicken Fajita Trio. We also ordered the Quesadillas which has always been my favourite as Chili’s due to its unique flavour and chicken/sweet onions combo. The tortillas this time, though, were not as crunchy as they should be/usually are and there was too much sour cream. The portions at Chili’s are quite large, however being 2 starved big-eaters, my bf and I finished all these in a sitting. Others with a smaller appetite would order less. Also did you know that kids can eat for free at Chili’s? Not sure what the exact protocols are though — will be worth bringing your kids down next time for a free meal on a family outing! Service was quite standard — didn’t expect anything more nor received anything less. Wouldn’t come back here again as there are so many restaurant options to choose from in 1 Utama that serve more fulfilling foods for the tummy.

You can definitely spot Chill*x as it is the only restaurant available in TGV One Utama. Well it doesn’t look like a restaurant, perhaps more likely a corner to grab a meal for movie, which is a really good place if you are passing time to wait for your movie, or to buy a meal for your movie session(yeah, we can now bring meals into the theatre and no longer worry to get hungry during movie times!). Basically Chill*x sells burgers, wedges, onion rings, and some other snacks. Beverages are available with sodas and hot drinks(which I found it is a good choice to warm yourselves in a cold theatre). Chill*x has offered combo meals for customers such as a burger, fries and soda with RM25. It is also very helpful by providing a screen showing the theatre halls that have opened for seating to remind the customers. I love to go there, order some snacks and drinks, and play its Foosball table game(it is chargeable which need to buy token from the counter) with friends while waiting for our movie! You will then realize that you never get bored as time passes real fast while you are enjoying with friends here!
