Nice clean place. My pizza was ok. The dough did not have salt and I was looking for some ice to my beer and it took them long enough to bring it. Granted that only 2 tables were busy.

I agree with previous poster, best place in Venice! Hard to tell which one to go for as they all vie for your attention. This place backs it up, great food, great service, HIGHLY recommended. Great music. Oh and the WiFi works!

I never bothered to write a review but this restaurant is awful. Avoid it even if that«nice» old man tells you there’s no cover or service fee. There is. 2 euros per person. Not that i don’t want to pay it. Every restaurant has it in Venice so I’m fine with it. They lie to you to get you into this restaurant and most people don’t want to argue so they’ll just pay anyways when they see the bill. Besides that, food is awful. I ordered spaghetti Bolognese, which is only supposed to have tomato sauce and minced beef. There’s beer in it. My friend tasted it and she agreed. The alcohol taste is strong. When i asked to make sure it’s not their special way of making it, they say there shouldn’t be beer so what i say about it containing beer is nonsense. I only had several bites so i asked them to try a little and they just insisted there’s no beer at all. This old man is not really good at English so after i tried to explain for a while, though he still seemed that he didn’t understand the fact that there’s beer in it, he agreed to cook another one for me. After 1 min or even less, he came with«another one», which tastes exactly the same as the first one, just in another plate. I went out hungry, paid for the food and the cover fee, and i still need to look for another restaurant. My most unpleasant experience of my two-week Europe trip so far.

Large portions of pasta and tasty entrecôte! Very friendly waiter and accommodating cook. Good value for money. Easy to stumble upon along Calle Dei Fabbri. Décor is modern so it does not attract too much tourists. Did not disappoint at all.

I ate at a lot of restaurants while visiting Italy, and I have to say, this was my least favorite restaurant. The ambiance is not, but that’s the only positive thing about this place. I had the spaghetti carbonara here and I didn’t like it at all. Just wasn’t a fan of the taste. Service was ok. The owner was a little pushy and rushing us to order and wasn’t as nice.

This is the best restaurant I tried in Venice. I went there after other British tourists told me they had a «beautiful dinner» there and I wasn’t disappointed. I just wish I had been hungrier so I could have tried another dish! I had the lasagna(pasta are small portions, because they’re often served as starters in Italy) and it was amazing. The tiramisu was really good too. The waiter was very friendly, he treated us like family. I can’t remember that ever happening anywhere else. The chef seemed really proud of his little restaurant and you can tell the food is homemade, so that’s definitely 5 stars!

Great ambience. Helpful staff. Food was also good. Ask for the specials. Oh and very good wifi available for free just in case you’re from a foreign country and the wifi at your hotel sucks like ours! Near St. Marks and easy to pass by but look for the fancy interiors and menu on front windows.
