Very good food and nice atmosphere which appears to be a local favorite. I was teased a bit by a flamboyant waiter all in good fun. We were there in late June but wanted to drop a favorable review in case anyone I know is visiting. It’s basic Venetian cuisine as far as I know which left me feeling pretty content tucked away from all the nasty tourist traffic.

We stopped in and tried the 3 course tourist menu for 19 euros. The spaghetti alla Vongole was wonderful and so was the fish. It is a casual little restaurant and a great stop while strolling through Castello. There was some upkeep going on like drilling in the walls but that only lasted a little bit. We are around 3 so it was at the end of lunch and as we were leaving, the chefs were getting ready to have their lunch. The servers were very friendly and am glad we stopped in for the delicious pasta. Also, bring cash because they did not take EC card or visa(or the machine was down).
