We were starving. We knew better. The pizza was so bad we might as well still been in America. Canned mushrooms, really? Yuck!

Worst food i’ve had in venice, and it says a lot. squid spaghetti was just floating in oil and artificial ink. I felt awful eating it. just another Bangladeshi joint serving ‘italian’ food scamming tourists our of their money. Do yourself a favor and eat a preheated ‘pizza’ from any of the vendors instead. You’ll be better off.

We ate here our last night in Venice and thought everything was excellent. Our waiter was helpful, chatty, and friendly, and the menu was extensive. We started the meal with a bottle of Prosecco and an appetizer of Bruschetta. Both were quite good. As for the entrees, my husband scarfed down the tortellini, and I dined on the scampi linguini. The only downside of the meal was the unexpected inclusion of an entire shrimp shell on my dish. That was a bit of a surprise(especially after a few glasses of Prosecco). Nevertheless, after getting over the eyeballs staring back at me, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and recommend trying one of the pastas with seafood. Apparently that is what Venice is known for.(Our waiter recommended the lobster linguini as the restaurant’s finest dish, but I’m just not a big fan of lobster. Plus it was a bit pricey.) We ended the meal with yummy desserts. Tiramisu for the husband and a delightful lemon cake with pine nuts and honey for myself. All in all, a memorable meal and a wonderful way to end our trip to Venezia.
