One of our all-time best restaurant experiences. Maybe it was because we were the first patrons last Saturday night with 7p reservations (which I recommend as they filled ip quickly) so the attentiveness was unparalleled. Maybe it was the 48 € Brunello di Montalcino (that we had to buy the next day for 26 €) that was given an All-Star presentation in some special wine glasses. Or the Bistecca Fiorentine for two. Likely it was this and everything else that made for truly pleasant dining in a truly special place… You MUST go!

Superb ambiance. Great food. Professional service.
We had the Fagottino alla Beccaccia, a delicious pork based concoction wrapped in a crêpe, the tartare that was exquisite, and the onion soup. At a cost of 87 Euros for three people including drinks and deserts this was a pricey outing, but well worth it. We highly reccomend this wonderful restaurant. We were also very lucky to be sitting near the kitchen and were able to see the chefs at work through the glass door. They are true professionals.

Called hotel from the road and asked desk to make a 2130 reservation at any place within a short walk. Outstanding food, great wine list, and a wine selection chosen by our server.
Great food-Zuppa, salad, egg plant, and cinto (pork) dishes. Simple and elegant, plus friendly owner and staff.
Highly recommend.
