(4÷11÷2014) We were touring through Tuscany with a group and stopped in San Gimignano. Needed a quick bite and a bathroom. The bakery had a lovely selection of sweets, chocolates and sandwiches. Got a hot panino with prosciutto, cheese, and mushrooms. Focaccia was excellent, crusty exterior and tender interior, great when warmed, salty meat and oozy cheese with earthiness of the mushrooms.
