More about this place: Founded by the young generations of Florentine foodies, this format offers a real Italian family experience with its different pasta and sauces. The place is avant garde, simple but original nevertheless! There’s a concept behind this doors: it’s sharing the«Pasta is ready» with all cultures around the world, giving the chance both to Italian staying abroad and all the other nationalities to enjoy pasta as we do it here. How? Well, the structure of this place is thought to be completely exportable, from kitchen to furniture. Ingredients are chosen between well known and prestigious Italian companies like De Cecco for pasta, Pomodorino del Piennolo that grows sweet tiny tomatoes during hot seasons, Paolo Parisi almond eggs, Lavazza for coffee and so on. The book of receipts is so detailed that everyone can learn how to make good pasta and I found the waiters extremely delightful and polite! What’s next? Well, take away pasta will be soon available and I cannot wait for grabbing it quickly and it eat maybe near the carousel, or at my desk during my lunch break. And this place is also scheduled to be opened 24⁄7. That’d be amazing, wouldn’t it! Prices are steep compared to regular Italian bistrots, you pay the quality of course, but probably the whole idea of standardized top line food as well. Still worth it from time to time and definitely a must if you visit Florence!
