Unlike the other panini shops recommended by Trip Advisor this shop didn’t have a queue spilling out onto the street. The menu they have is quite long and provides great choice. However, I believe this is a negative. I was underwhelmed by my sandwich in comparison to the other places I have been. I got the prosciutto, chili and garlic sandwich with added cheese. I’m very glad I got cheese with it. I couldn’t taste the chili or the garlic which would have left a very plain sandwich without the cheese. On a more positive note, prices are reasonable(€ 3.50 + € 1 for cheese) and the service quite good. Overall, I recommend you speak to the locals in order to get the best panini for here. As it seems to have very good reviews otherwise.

What an excellent find in terms of quality and price! Would be easy to miss but thanks to Unilocal for the tip. Get the flatbread(schiacciata).

Best sandwich place there is. I wish I lived near by so I can taste this everyday. Must must must try. Highly recommended.

These little sandwich shops remind me of New York, except I can’t read the menu… at all. The sandwiches are okay, but I think our experiences were jaded by the fact that we took them for a picnic up the hill, and so the sandwiches were cold by the time we ate them. I wouldn’t buy 7 – 11 type products there, such as water or candy or something, it’s a royal rip off. I bought a 1.5 L bottle of water there for like 1.50 euro or something, which is hella cheaper than a restaurant, but still 3 x more expensive than a Despar.
