This lounge is a welcome oasis after slogging through the marathon that is the Milan airport. With the check in, security, passport control, and long walk down to gate 41 you are looking at a good hour+ before you can sit down and enjoy some of the complimentary food and drinks.
As with their NY lounge, this Emirates lounge has some great offerings, for example, entrees such as filet mignon, chicken biryani, pasta, and a host of salads, cheeses, and fruit plates. They also have a well stocked bar, tons of soft drinks, and a coffee machine that would impress even the most picky coffee drinker.
Sit down, connect to their robust WiFi network, charge up you phone or iPad, and count down the time until you can board the plane in comfort. Great experience here.
