Nice boat trip going to the casino, considering I’m driving all the time, it’s a nice change.
Depending on where you depart – my friends took me there a few years ago, it’s quite safe.
Ferry is quite clean, efficient though compared to the one back home, not as spacious between the rows, fr what I recall.
A definite must do.

Smooth and relatively inexpensive way to get from Macau to Hong Kong and vice versa. They do advertise WiFi onboard, but both trips, I couldn’t access and get on to the internet service. In the regular economy class, you can purchase food — sandwiches and snacks — but these are generally ridiculously overpriced. There are a few washrooms on the first and second floors, but these tend to get quite gross after the first 15 minutes of travel.
On two return trips from Macau back to Hong Kong, the jet had to turn back and we were required to change jets both times. This process was relatively smooth and more or less efficient. The second trip that happened on, we all got some complimentary cool bottled water and snacks. The trips were still relatively on schedule though.
Tips:
— there are almost always free shuttle buses from hotels to the ferry pier in Macau
— if you arrive earlier than your schedule jet, you may be able to take an earlier one and leave sooner
— depending on the day (wind) the ride may or may not be turbulent, so be prepared and know much to eat beforehand, if at all

overall this ferry is fine. we travelled in economy from hk to Macao and back. the speed is quite fast and seats are nothing to complain about. however, watch for human excrement on the floor.

The Turbo Jet experience has always been good for me. I usually go on the Superior Class for unplanned last minute travel as it is never busy as the Regular Class.
Assigned seat right at the Gate before boarding. So you don’t have to rush to get on in order to get a prefer seat. There is also a special lounge area pre boarding.
Food is so so. But you can also opt for Hot Dog or Sandwich if you don’t like the hot food. Beverage choice includes cold and hot drinks. The crew is so efficient as they have to serve everyone within the less than 1 hour ride.
Free Wifi but it never work.

Turbo Jet is one of a couple different ferries which goes to /​from Macau and a couple other places. Travel time to /​from Macau is 55 — 60 minutes and the regular day time ticket price is HK$ 164 (about $ 21.50 US).
The boat are a catamaran and or hydrofoil design and generally move pretty smoothly through the water. They can gently rock about, but it’s not bad.
Inside they are pretty roomy and are more comfortable than economy class on an airplane. This is the economy class cabin. «Super class» costs more, gives you a seat upstairs and also give you priority to exit the boat.
We arrived in Hong Kong about 10:30 am, went to the hotel to drop our luggage, then headed to the ferry terminal and to Macau. By this time it was after 1 pm and we were hungry. They offer snacks on the ferry, as well as sandwiches, so I bought a couple to get us through until would could get something to eat in Macau. Tuna salad and ham & cheese at HK$ 35 each ($ 4.50 US). While extremely plain and simple, they were pretty decent tasting… or maybe I was just starving, LOL.

MONEY SAVING TIP: Once you are in Macau, nearly every casino has complimentary shuttle buses to and from the ferry terminal. Take advantage of this, I did!
OVERALL: A smooth, comfortable way to travel between Hong Kong and Macau.

I used this ferry to get from Hong Kong to Macao. Due to the over-​crowding on the time that I wanted to travel on, I got the superior class that is twice the price. In that class, they will give you some food that is a bit worst than your typical airplane food — don’t expect too much there. The ride was comfortable and uneventful. Not a bad experience but nothing to write home about either.
