The Wedding Shop

I was a lazy bride. I was a lazy bride whose mom was overseas that she couldn’t be there for dress shopping with me. I was a lazy bride who didn’t do the maid-​of-​honor thing because I didn’t want to play favorites.
But a friend told me to check this place out because they are the only shop that carries Jenny Packham in Hong Kong; and as all you fashionistas know Jenny Packham is the designer that did a lot of Kate Middleton’s official visitation outfits, including that pale blue polkadot dress she wore when she left the hospital with Prince George. So anyway, I was stoked.
I’ve arrived in what seemed to be a very pretty, spacious living-​room of a friend and Brenda the owner came out to greet me. Like a chum she was very enthusiastic about my dress shopping adventure and unlike other bridal shops of similar calibre she didn’t charge me for a minimum to try on the dresses, nor was she being snooty about it. So I tried on a few and found what I liked instantly. I didn’t even have to go anywhere else.
