I love this place.
We came here for our wedding anniversary. The quality of the food is amazing!
I had the scallops with mushroom truffles! FRESH truffles. You can watch the chef specifically choose the truffles and them shave the truffles on top of the scallops. Yum! Yum! Yum! And that was only the starter.
Next, I had the pork for my main course. Tender, juicy, and the sauce made the cake!
Lastly, I had the chocolate cake. So, very rich, and so very good. I think there was a hint of «Ferrero Roche» tasting — chocolate inside. There’s even a bit of crunchiness. Overall, very good.
The cappuccino was also well made, but got cold very quickly.
Meals here are more on the pricey side but well worth it.
If you make reservations, you are escorted downstairs where it’s quieter.
If you didn’t make reservations, you stay upstairs where its open seating and first come is first served. I’m not sure if the menu is the same, but it seems like a really nice place for drinks!

By the same people that started the Michelin Starred Upper Modern Bistro, On Dining Kitchen is in the top floors (plus rooftop) on the latest building on On Lan Street. In my opinion, On Dining would be the European counterpart of Harlan’s Penthouse; both are housed at the top floor with a rooftop, both offer casual fine dining and both are backed by top notch chefs.
Food is top notch, they have a very knowledgeable sommelier and even an expert in French cheeses. It’s great knowing that the staff are passionate and knowledgeable about the food. I won’t go into too much detail, but On Dining didn’t disappoint.
