Came here for Sushi in Hong Kong, and it was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. They have a conveyor belt, so you can just pick what you want, or order off a menu. I liked that they had matcha green tea powder at the table and that we could make it as strong as we wanted. All the sushi was delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the scallop and shrimp ones. Also, we were able to get some edamame and other sides with it since those also rotated out. We ended with some red been and green tea mochi, which was delicious.
