The décor, environment, hardware and setup are all impeccable! Whereas the food is not their strong suit with the steak overcooked and the organic poached egg slightly unflavoured and uncreative. The staff is mostly helpful and attentive, but one or two local staff was a bit mean at times! Overall acceptable service. What surprised me the most was their dessert and cheese trolley, they have a wild selection of cheese and the crackers they provided were excellent. I would recommend to try out their lunch menu and see if you would like to go again for their dinner menu which usually is more pricey and more comprehensive.
