The food here is pretty good. We had the holiday dinner special so we picked different entrees from a set menu. On the other hand, the service was terrible. First of all, we showed up for a late dinner and got seated around 8:30pm so most tables were finishing up. They took our order and the first two entrees came out at a standard time, but they took forever bringing out my sister’s chicken dish. It’s not unusual that my family wanted to start our meal together so we waited for her dish to come out… We had to flag down two servers before they let us know that the food was«almost ready.» Fast forward over TWOHOURSLATER, we were 1 of 3 tables still at the restaurant. We had all finished our main dish awhile ago and flagged down yet another server to tell her we were ready for desert. It took her 20 minutes to remove our plates, and during that time the last two tables(who had arrived AFTER us) were already served dessert. We were literally the last ones to be served. By that time, the waiters had already cleared off all tables and basically done for the night. Not once did they apologize or let us know that our dessert was on its way. The décor is really cute and trendy and as such, mostly tailored for young couples and friends. We were probably the only«family-oriented» table speaking English, but I don’t think that justifies how we were treated ATALL. They completely ignored us and really didn’t seem to care how we literally sat there for almost three hours when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. With sooo many other restaurants at this mall, this is one you can skip for sure. Unless you have like 5 hours to kill and enjoy waiting forever for your food.

My trip to HK, I had to go meet up with my college friends. They decided to take me to this cute Italian restaurant located inside a big shopping mall on the 6 or 7th floor. The menu is pretty small. We decided to order 2 sets and share the food. We got 2 different pastas and add on a plate of rice dish. So it came out with 2 mushroom soup, 2 salads: one regular and one salmon, one turkey pasta, one salmon pasta, one squid ink rice with scallop and 2 ginger honey lemon drink. These plates of food you will never see and taste in Hawaii. The mushroom soup was a little salty but I think they grind mushroom pieces into the soup. It was literally made with mushroom. The salad dressing was really good on both salad: sweet and sour tasting. The pasta, I really really LOVE the salmon flavored pasta. OMG, it was sooo delicious! The rest was pretty good too. Ginger honey lemon drink is a must to cure a cold. It made my throat better after drinking it. The bill came out to $ 81USD for 2 sets with an add on. Its pricey but only once in a long time. It’s a suggested place to eat when you are traveling to HK!
