There’s nothing that I can complaint about! The staff were very polite, always gave their best smile and accommodating. The hotel concierge also helped tailored made a short one day itinerary of things to see in Hong Kong. The deluxe harbour-view room was very spacious and the view of the harbour and Kowloon was really beautiful. The room itself makes me want to stay forever in it and not going anywhere. I really love the infinity pool as well! It’s recommended to book in advance for public holidays or peak season holiday as they usually got fully booked really quickly.

This is our first time staying at a Four Seasons property and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our search for a hotel started 5 months ago and after researching our options, I cancelled two other reservations and booked here. I corresponded numerous times with their reservation staff to finalize our stay and was able to take advantage of their summer package prices 2 weeks prior to our arrival, which reduced our rates significantly. As we were starting of our 2 week vacation with a 3 day Hong Kong layover, we had quite a bit of luggage. We decided to book airport car pickup through them to minimize any issues after a 13 hour plane ride with our two kids. I thought we would be picked up after customs but was pleasantly surprised to be picked up right after we walked out of the arrival gate. We were met by airport concierge staff with a golf cart. We hopped on and they drove us to immigration. He then met us at the luggage carousel and grabbed all our bags and took us to where our car was waiting, where we were greeted by four seasons staff posted full time at the airport. We were given cool towels upon entering the car to freshen up. We were also provided bottled water and wifi access during the car ride. After a 30 minute car ride, we pull up to the hotel and we were greeted by the staff by name then we were taken directly to our room and we completed the check-in process there. Our bags were brought up quickly and then followed by a lite snack for us and the kids. We were also provided with a few bottles of still and sparkling water. Our room had an awesome view of the harbor. We liked it so much that we left it open over night. We were each provided robes and slippers. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. We spent our last day at the pool. My favorite part was that the path to the pool and lounge chairs were lined with water to keep your feet from burning from the hot pavement. The cold plunge and the little pool behind it were my favorite places to keep cool. All the staff that we encountered were courteous and helpful. We felt at home. We hope to plan another visit in the future.

This is a superb five star hotel and spa in a perfect location. The service is equal to their rating. It is connected to a shopping mall that would put Rodeo Drive to shame. It is right next to the Hong King Stock Exchange and the train to the airport. I thought the breakfast was excellent and it will fit Asian, European, and American tastes. The signature restaurant in the hotel was meh. They offer a French themed menu which was okay but not up to the rest of the hotel’s services or offerings. You can do better in Hong Kong for a lot less money. The spa is to die for and the infinity pool overlooking the harbor is sublime. The service is top drawer! We had a room on the 43rd floor overlooking the harbor. That was a true room with a view!

I had breakfast and lunch on separate days. My most, favoritest moment came when two waiters in tux came out together, each holding a covered silver tray. They sat the trays in front of my lunch companion and me, and in one single, synchronized movement, they swooped off the silver domes to reveal beautifully sculpted chunks of foie gras. What an awesome place.

** Lounge Review Only! ** I have never been inside the rooms, but I’m sure they’re great, too. Absolutely incredible experience here at the lounge — décor is perfect, super relaxing. Chairs are large for fat people like me to be comfortable in(most in HKG are about a third my size…). Drinks are made perfectly! You get precisely what you order. All drinks come with unlimited snacks, which are scrumptious and free. There were two or three different types of snacks that I inhaled. Before I could finish, a refill came. So attentive, so detail-oriented, so quick, most impressive. I’ll be back. Even if it is more than 8,000 miles away from home. Prices here are not bad, especially compared with other lounges in the area!
