天鴻燒鵝

BBQ goose if their signature and they are very good at it. Very good means they are one of the top five in the entire city, and it also means they are at the same quality standard as 鏞記, 一樂, and the newly open 甘牌燒鵝. Those from 深井… no no they are not even on the list.
Even though they have other items on the menu but they are not worth mentioning. If you are here for the goose, stay with the goose or maybe try their chicken. Ordering other items are risky, I tried their drunken chicken wings and they were served right out of the fridge at 4C, so cold that they tasted like ice cubes.
Draw back, it’s very localized and comfortable seating does not exist. Sharing table with strangers is a must and your eating time during rush hour is limited to 45 min.
With a price tag that is ¹⁄₃ less than it’s competitors, their meats do sell out fast especially on the weekends, they say they close at 10:30pm but by around 9pm everything is already gone and that’s when they end their business day.
