It is a very cute café at the back of a very old building. If you want someone to tell you how to drink your coffee, go. If not, Starbucks is probably a better bet. I am sure these people know more about coffee than I do. But I am entitled to drink my coffee however I want. I ordered a light roast(i usually do because I am trying to drink coffee only with milk but no sugar. Light roast taste the best this way). I ordered one and asked for milk. The guy said«you cannot drink this with milk). I am like ok… maybe he’s one of those French people who are stubborn with their steak. I went to the counter and explain I am different. I really need milk in my coffee because I do not add sugar and black coffee is too much for me. The girl said«maybe you can order a dark roast and add milk». WTF?! Then the guy added, «you CANNOT add milk to this coffee». First of all, I paid for my coffee I can do WHATEVER I want with my coffee. I would even accept if you charge me for asking for milk. But not allowing me to add milk to my coffee is NOTACCEPTABLE. I do not care how much of an expert you are with coffee! Total waste of my $ 60!

Arrive before the weekday lunch peak or after. I came at 2-ish PM on a weekday for lunch and this tiny little place was half empty. Good place for a nice cup of coffee if you’ve had enough of Starbucks and Pacific Coffee and want to take a break in-between shopping. Food is of average quality so do not expect too much.

I’ll just say this: I didn’t expect to find a Melbourne-like coffee joint here in HK! Granted Causeway Bay is one of HK’s more hip areas; still the laneway(it’s not exactly easy to find), décor, quality of the espresso, make this place feel Melbourne. And that’s a major compliment. Tends to be on the busy side but compared to the crowds outside, it’s totally doable. Highly recommended as a quality rest spot on your Causeway Bay shopping/strolling sojourn. Lack of soy milk is a slight issue but not many proper cafés in HK do either.

Coffee was excellent, service was sub par. A quick Unilocal to find a coffee spot to rest our feet and grab some coffee in Causeway Bay led us to the centrally located, very tiny spot of Café Corridor. I am a simple Americano coffee with milk girl and the quality of the coffee is indeed excellent. This place is hip, urban, cool, but very small with limited seating. We ordered two coffees and a scone. Many people tucked in with earphones and laptops and doing their own thing. Although they were not extremely busy at 4PM on a Saturday, the coffee’s took some time and the scone took like 15 minutes. Come to find out scones are store bought and either refrigerated or frozen and thus they have to be warmed up, thus the delay. Staff seemed indifferent to our patronage. So, just manage the expectation of what this place is before you go. Also, make note that if you blink your eyes, you might miss the small corridor you walk down to get to this spot. Look up and you will see sign on top of doorway entrance before you head down corridor.

tucked away down a quiet… corridor, right across from the busy Times Square. You may think this place is a hidden gem, but boy does it get busy! I went there for an early meeting at 12:30, was able to find a seat ok. It got really busy in about half and hour and it was at full capacity and quite loud. I had a latte and it was TINY! For the price of what it was, I don’t think it was really worth it. That being said though, I really like the idea of this tiny tiny place in the middle of a busy area. It has a decent décor and seems to be popular with the lunch crowd so I’d definitely go back to try the food.

This place cares about their coffee. I can count the number of 10-out-of-10 coffees I’ve had in my life on one hand. I’m delighted to say this is one of them. A thick, rich crema, a hearty boldness and an attention to detail set this place apart. I’d make the trek to Times Square just to get another!

One of the quieter cafes in Hong Kong with ok coffee and nice setting. Pity the wifi never worked. So don’t go there expecting to stay connected. Used to be good.

I’ve come a couple times, and sometimes it’s all about timing whether you are able to get a seat. Most recently had a cappuccino. A smaller cup than some other places, but they make up for it in flavor. It has really good, strong coffee flavor that seems to be quite well-brewed. It left me wanting for more. Try to stop in earlier in the morning or after the lunch rush if you want to get a seat. *mouth watering* as I type this

This café deserves every little star there is out there so it gets my full FIVE !!! Located in an extremely convenient location in Causeway, right across Times Square. Days when I wanna knock someone out braving through crowds, I know I can always rely on Café Corridor for a good cup of coffee that will pick me up and calm my aggressions. It does get rather packed during lunch time and weekends, but otherwise I’ve been here on several occasions and was able to do some work in peace and quiet. Price is another reason why Corridors unbeatable. Their coffee prices are considered very reasonable for the Causeway area. A Latte or Flat White will set you back 33HKD, which is more than fair for an expensive rent district like Causeway. Last but not least, the star of the show is definitely the awesome coffee. Every cup of latte is made with love, with a shot of strong espresso and silky smooth frothed milk garnished with latte art that stays intact till the very last drop(I’ve been told that good latte art remains intact on the surface throughout the entire drink and that certainly holds true here) The food selections here is a nice compliment to the coffee, they provide a decent selection of salads, pasta and all day breakfasts but my favorite, and still, will always be that perfect cup of latte. And as the fan that I am, that’s really all they need !

Café Corridor is just opposite Times Square, and is literally at the end of a corridor. I’ve only been there once, mainly because if I’m near or in Times Square I would just go to a café in Times Square or walk to nearby Hysan Place, and also because Café Corridor gets really crowded, especially around weekends, and it doesn’t help that the café is quite small and cannot sit many customers. When I was at Café Corridor, I ordered a hot latte and a lemon tart. The latte was smooth and well-flavored, but unfortunately was not served hot enough. I’m the kind of person who demands that her coffee is burn-your-lips kind of hot when served, so this was really disappointing to me. I really loved the lemon tart though. I am constantly on the search for a good lemon tart, but most that I’ve tried(like the one at Pacific Coffee… that one just isn’t worth trying) are way too sweet for my liking. The lemon tart here was tangy in taste and the lemon flavor was very fresh and refreshing. Plus, the presentation of it was just adorable. My only complaint was that the lemon tart was too small. I realized how fast I was going at it when I realized I had less than half left after only having the tart for a couple of minutes, so I slowed down to savor it. Overall, I wasn’t too impressed with the coffee, which was disappointing because I had pretty high hopes!(The lemon tart was another matter though!)
