As a novice to Yoga there is a large selection of classes to choose from. I was surprised at how much of a workout it is for your mind and body. I really enjoy Melissa’s power yoga class. Many prospective yoga instructors also take classes here to get certified, so there will be a class for everyone. All levels are welcome as long as you try and keep a smile on your face.
