A&M US Groceries is like a therapy center for those Americans like myself that are missing Costco. Oh, you will pay for those sessions, but it might be worth it depending on the severity of your Costco withdrawl.
This place is indeed like a miniature version of Costco in the US. And yes, it does almost appear that they import products directly from Costco and simply jack up the cost. Prices are considerably higher than you would pay for them in the US.
BUT…if you find yourself an American in Hong Kong and simply need to get your fix of good old bulk products made in the USA or are desperately missing all the times you aimlessly wandered into a Costo in the US to putz around and walked out with $ 200USD on random Costco stuff you really did not need, than A&M US Groceries is your spot.
Today, I was simply smiling when I found a few US staples that made me feel warm and fuzzy (because I do miss Costco): Veggie Straws, Crystal Light Packets, Sugar Free powdered Coffee Mate, tubs of frosting, Kirkland Bold Coffee Pods for Keirig coffee makers, Lara bars.
I will need a Costco therapy session from time to time, so I will be back.

This All-​American items store is like a mini-​Costco. (Costco is a wholesale warehouse in the USA). They sell some items in bulk like baby diapers, Bounty Towels and Soft Drinks! They have big bottles of sauces and spice containers. A brand that is common in the USA are Kirkland. You will find Kirkland here!
They also sold Bed Mattresses, Samsonite Luggage Sets, Dog Food and Accessories, Some School Supplies, Lots and lots of American Candy, and Household Items! and the laundry detergent TIDE!!! So if you’re looking for TIDE in bulk, visit here!
It did make me feel good that I can find items in HK that are American Brands. You will pay good money for it though. For example, Siracha hot sauce is sold here for $ 77HKD (10 USD) — where in the USA, it’s sold for $ 3. So, you can expect things to be priced much higher than you’re used to.
Regardless of prices, I’m just glad it’s available and I know where to find it!
