Corner Block

Super convenient on the southwest corner of the Pottinger Street stairs and Stanley Street, this is just a little tiny market where you can get all of your crunchy organic snacks, gluten-​free pastas (they sell Tinkyada brand — the best gluten-​free pasta around), and other healthy organic goods. There is also a small selection of frozen organic and free-​range meats, and fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
They accept octopus cards as well, which I always consider to be a major score.
My favorite part is the discount section, which contains deeply marked-​down items that have just recently expired (I mean, peanut butter never really goes bad people). .. you can typically find awesome deals in this section on tasty snacks and other odds and ends you might need around your kitchen/​snack pantry.
