The baked cooks always seem stale at night, but if you catch them when they’re fresh – delicious! Especially the mini muffins. My all time fave drink would have to be the PINK Elephant. It’s a must-try! The employees are friendly but their drinks are inconsistent. Some days the drinks are on-point and other days I’m disgusted. They should make a measurement list for the drinks and require the employees to follow them. Other then that. it’s pretty okay :)

Ordered an obscure iced coffee drink and could taste UHT milk. I would think a hotel café would have higher standards and serve fresh milk in their drinks.

As an elite gold card member w/Starbucks for years, I must say I had high expectations for this place and they DELIVERED! They had variety of roast blended coffee, espressos, lates and fraps. Also, options of salads, sandwiches and hotdogs. Location is great and service is swift and efficient. I personally had the Matcha Green tea w/soy and it gave Starbucks a run for my money:) Indoor and patio seating or you can go upstairs and enjoy the comfort and decorative lobby of the Outrigger Hotel. Wifi is available and did I say great location to people watch?! Servers/Baristas do an excellent job and always had a warm welcoming smile! Now pay them a visit!

The coffee is alright, nothing to write home about, iced drinks are good, all the food is decent, but a little pricey. Definitely set with the Japanese tourists in mind. You can park in the Outrigger Hotel parking lot, just tell the security you’re going here, and as with other reviews, if you don’t like the outside patio(which makes you no fun) go hang out up in the lobby or pool area of the Outrigger – a very cool set up. The best thing about Jungle Java is the atmosphere(don’t laugh, locals), and the outside patio is it. If you come at the right time, you’ll have some Japanese honeys loading up the patio, just waiting to say Konichiwa to you, a lonely stripper on a night off moping over a mocha while hoping her 5 sailor buddies don’t flake on her(which they won’t), maybe a group of drag queens in dress in the back round table(how many coffee shops can you go to that have drag queens hanging out? crazy), there’s an island show Friday nights that you can watch, along with the Japanese tourists(and there are many of them)… Eye candy overload – meaning so much pedestrian traffic at peak hours(and chilled in the middle of the day, mostly – even San Vitores Road will have little traffic, and the only noise is the Hawaiian music on the speaker system, and the occasional tourist bus). Some nights up until about 10 tons of Japanese, and sometimes a later rush at 11 or so, as they’re buying gifts for home; drunk military, drunk locals, just drunks everywhere, people acting up in front of the Hoa Mai down the street, a group getting thrown out of Hard Rock Café for fighting… the patio is a good place to be to observe human drama. Sometimes its just dead, and being open 24 hours, you come in here jet lagged at 3am and chill with a coffee. But it’s Guam, so you can have an icehead pull up and start talking to you out of nowhere. Too cool. It’s a good pit stop too, if you’re on the beach. Grab an iced coffee or specialty drink, shotgun some booze into it, and head back out to the water through the Outrigger hotel(and go by the ABC store for a 6 pack while you’re at it). And the workers are polite(note to military and off islanders – you don’t get the haole bs here, at least I never did in all the times I’ve lived on island). Most of locals that chill here are cool too, as long as you’re not an idiot. Make a note of that…

Came in for a coffee fix and I fixed my coffee craving for the day. I was for sure satisfied with it. Besides coffee, they sell pastries and deli food. The avocado turkey wrap was just as satisfyig, but be aware that the avocado spread is kind of spicy. It is located in the lobby of the hotel so there’s wifi!

Good prices and is always opened 24⁄7. Whether your drunk or just want a meeting place it’s in a good spot in tumon. The food here is quite good i had a chicken wrap and it was good. I enjoy getting my usual white chocolate symphony with the occasional shot of espresso that’s really good. There is a really nice breeze outside is constant and has a cold environment inside if you don’t want to get to breezy. Every time I go to this place it is always stocked. The shelves are never empty. It is a really convenient place for late night goers. I have been here a dozen times and I’m coming back a dozen times or more.

I believe there used to be another one of these in the Acanta Mall a few years back, but don’t fret, this one at the Outrigger hotel(near the lobby) still exists. Basically a one stop shop to quench your caffeinated and quick noshing needs. I love their Pink Elephant(basically an Italian cream soda) and I can’t recall the name of it, but something along the lines of a Monkey(which I believe is chocolate milk with banana syrup). Apparently their burgers are good(if they still serve them, not sure if this one does as the Acanta Mall location was bigger and could afford the space to do so). Otherwise, they’ve got some other small meals you can grab on your way to work at DFS, the hotels, etc.

First of all I can’t seem to figure how this place hasn’t gotten reviewed on Unilocal yet. Well, let me start off by saying that I have been hunting a 24 hr café or coffeehouse for a minute. Well I found it! It’s a tiny little booth in the entrance lobby by the taxi lanes for the outrigger In Tumon. I found it one night while being a night owl. With me working the occasional shore patrol or driver for Tumon Bay area I sometimes find myself working the weekends until four in the morning. Now onto the drinks. The drinks don’t stand out that much for me, but they have all assortments and varieties. Like a mini Sbux so to say. The food is typical coffee place stuff but is still good. I got a chicken wrap which was delish. Now you can sit in the few inside seats which aren’t really prime seating. If you go upstairs they usually have live music and lots of activity going on. If you choose to sit outside which I like to do there’s a nice constant breeze but not cold(duh it’s Guam Brandon). Its perfect to relax and enjoy some caffeine. The only problem with outside seating is the occasional bus that pulls into the taxi lane which is loud. Otherwise the outside seats are cool. Def a place to hit up if you drink late, are on the unfortunate patrol/driver or just plain bored. It definitely would have been a 4 but a 24 hour coffee place on Guam gains a star in my book.
