Bubbly shakes café such as bubbly tea are practically the same everywhere. The smoothies are made using powder so there’s no originality. What makes each place significantly better is the experience which bubbly tea did not give me a good one. Customer service was average. However, I’m giving this place a three star because Guam really does not have many boba places to go to. So if you want some bubbly shake that is semi affordable and average taste, take a stop at bubbly tea!

I Enjoy their drink selections. You can smell fresh popcorn when you walk in the store. They have different kinds of sinkers to choose from.

Delicious cold drinks for a hot day out. When walking into bubbly tea, you could immediately smell sweetness. It always smells so yummy to the point where your mouth starts to water while standing in line. They have many flavors to choose from as well as sinkers to go with your drink such as tapioca, lychee, or strawberry gels just to name a few. They also have tasty hurricane popcorn which consists of popcorn, rice crackers, and toasted seaweed flakes.
The ambiance is very welcoming they have a colorful mural on one of their walls and two TV’s to keep you entertained while waiting for your order. I’ve tried a whole bunch of flavors and haven’t been disappointed. It’s a great place to go to if you’re in the mood for something cold and refreshing. Definitely recommend this place to all.

the most organized and professional bubble tea place in guam. the interior is also the best among others. it had the most various menus of bubble tea. in other places you would see many menus are ommited from the original menu which makes you get disappointed or hard to choose but you can get many new and different flavors of bubble tea here not having to worry about what are actually being sold and what are not. i visited here after reading the article from guamguide. the location was also easy to find. it’s right across GPO. if you like bubble tea and plan to visit here more than a few times, get a stamp card. after buying 7 bubble teas you can get a free drink :)
