Food is great here. But service is just really really horrible! We always have the same server and finally got her name to write this review. The server is Tracy and she is by far the rudest ever. Never smiles never greets. And rushes us and as we saw other customers out. She also doesn’t bother to check up on us and makes quite a few mistakes on our orders. We would go to the other location but service there is just as bad

Food is good. Service is OK. The miso soup and drinks are complimentary and optional to your meal but are self-serve. Décor is unique in a way that there are a mix of Japanese figurines, posters, and etc. It does set a pretty fun atmosphere, one which I like because you don’t see that everyday in a restaurant.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The spicy-mayo chicken bowl is my FAVORITE – especially with a side of salmon sashimi. Yum! The prices are good too! The only thing weird is the self-serve drinks and miso soup station. But everything else is good. The servers are friendly and accommodating!

This is the second Arashi Restaurant and unlike the first, there is ample parking and access is easy since it is located in the Compadres Mall. At first, I thought that I had at last found a place (with resonable prices) where I can get some good Japanese rice bowls (especially beef bowl) on Planet Guam. However, I often would end up with a gassy stomach for some reason or another after eating food there. In addition, the so called «beef bowl» hardly had any beef at all. Rather, they were cut into tiny strips and were out numbered by the pieces of egg, which I had included in the order. My search for good Japanese rice bowl restaurant on Planet Guam continues!
