Very delicious! The C-Food Soup was hearty and flavorful with a little kick. The Misoyaki Dory was exceptional and spicy! Like no joke Chamoru pika! But what was just as exceptional was the SERVICE. One of our party had come 20 minutes later than expected and instead of leaving the meal under the heat lamp like I suggested, they took it upon themselves to remake the whole meal!!! They said they wanted to keep the quality and integrity of the dish! Now that’s a restaurant that loves what they do and takes pride in their work!

The food was delicious, but unfortunately overshadowed by lack of customer service. I may have not been a server in my lifetime, but I think it seems like common sense to check on your table once in a while, see if they’d like a refill, ask if they’d like dessert or even follow up after you’ve left the bill at the table. I’m normally generous when tipping but when you haven’t made an attempt to try and go the extra mile, my only tip for you is to try again next time… that’s if there will be a next time for us. Customer service can make or break an establishment.

Food was yummy and service was good. I ordered the fried escargot and it was salty. I had to send it back and the chef replaced it with crostinis. The crostini was very yummy and better than the escargot. I also had a salad, steak, burger, and the seafood plate. They were all delicious. The menu is a bit pricey, but the steak and burgers are totally worth it.

the usual curse of a place that stretches it’s menu too thin. everything sounds great when you read it but in execution it falls flat of what you want it to be. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. life’s too short for mediocre food!

Typical restaurant with typical servers. But food was amazing! Their fried chicken is the best!

I’m staying at the Bayview. The other day it was raining so hard I decided against my better judgement to eat downstairs at Delmonico’s. Big and expensive mistake! I ordered a medium cooked ribeye steak with side of mashed potatoes. I got back to my room and opened up the to-go box. The steak looked and smelled burnt. I cut into it expecting it to be well done but it was pretty much rare inside. I didn’t mind it but it had very little flavor. The mashed potatoes were plain. They had no taste of butter, milk or salt. I paid $ 37 for what can easily be described as the worst meal I’ve had since I’ve been in Guam.

My favorite dishes are the hot iron salmon and the mac & cheese(don’t forget to request for some garlic toast with your mac & cheese). The garlic mash potatoes and the local veggies that go with the salmon are fresh and satisfying. The salmon is ALWAYS cooked to perfection!!! The service is great too!

Well I normally will give a business the benefit of the doubt and dismiss some shortcomings but the only good experience of our meal was the glass of Pinot Noir and my wife’s diet coke. We started with salads, the wedge for me and the spinach for her, they were decent but nothing special, before we were 4 bites into the salads the entrees come out. The kitchen and whoever was expediting totally missed this and the server was totally oblivious that maybe we wanted to have hot entrees. After finishing our salads we then moved onto our luke warm entrees. I had the sausage pizza and the wife had the chicken penne. Neither of the entrees were special and bordered on blah. I’ll note the our salad plates stayed on our table for nearly our entire meal until another server from the complete opposite end of the restaurant saw them sitting there(oblivious to our server, the other 2 servers working the front of the house and host or front of the house manager). Now you may be wondering if it was so bad why not say something, we’ll no one ever bothered to ask how our meal was, which is service 101. With so many options out there I say skip this place.

Definitely one of my favorite places for a bad ass steak in the world, not just Guam! The soups and appetizers are so flavorful and definitely get you prepped for the awesome main courses they have on the menue! Delmonico is definitely a must eat when on Guam!

I’m writing this as I wait for my food. I don’t actually care about how it tastes like now. I’m so hungry I can eat anything. Their service is soooo slow. 30 minutes here and food not yet out. Sigh!

The 86 burger is huge. Even flatten the bottom bun to nothing. It’s nice. The vegetable pasta was really bad. Huge in size but very watery. Not made correctly so the huge size just made a huge plate of garbage. The staff is ok. They are really cute but at the beginning didn’t give the utensils. The venue is weird imo. Maybe it’s all the cheap fluorescent bulbs or the leftover hotel furniture. It seems weird.

Super awesome food. The salmon is always a great choice. I always order it and love love it. My friend tried Da Bone and said it was great. We love the atmosphere and the service is always nice. They’re more than happy to give you a recommendation.

Bad service, mediocre food, overpriced even for Guam First the service, staff said 20 minute wait time. At 30 we still weren’t seated but noticed empty tables. At 40, I came in and reminded the staff who were busy chatting that they told us 20. Only then did they seat us. When we ordered beers(same kind), only 1 was served with a glass. When I asked for the glass for the other beer, the waitress replied«oh you wanted a glass for your beer?» Um??? You served one beer with a glass so why wouldn’t you serve the other with one too? The attitude of the wait staff here is really bad like they’re doing you a favor for visiting their establishment which I hate to say was a common thing on this trip. So don’t expect stateside service. The food was just ok. Our table had a teppanyaki steak, miso dory and the 86 burger.

I have been to Guam many times and I guess I missed this local gem. The food here is excellent. I had the fried chicken and mashed taters. My friend had this succulent dish called«Da Bone» which is roast beef still on the bone. It looked delicious and according to her it is very tender and tasty. Other friends had the fettuccini and shrimp while others had burgers and salads. I HIGHLY recommend this place for the reasonably priced food but there is a reason why one star is missing. Service is NOT the greatest but the food almost makes up for this oversight. TRYIT. You will like it.

Always tasty food. Garlic mash, da bone, salmon… all delicious — must try it! Last night, visited with a group of friends. Service was great. They did a good job bringing all our food out around the same time. Server came around regularly to ensure our drinks were refilled. I rarely order steak so you will never find me commenting about whether it was cooked right or not but a few friends did mention the steak was overcooked to their liking. The one thing I would like to see is for all of their entrees to be offered with greens or mixed veggies since most do not. So if you end up ordering an entrée, make sure to order a salad for some color — and for the healthy nutrition. My husband and I ordered the small size($ 10 vs large at $ 16) of the Mongolian Chicken Salad which was plenty enough for us to share. It came with candied walnuts and a creamy sesame vinaigrette, which we luckily did not forget to order«on the side» since many restaurants on Guam tend to drown salads in dressing. We also shared one Hot Iron Fresh Salmon entrée which typically sits on what seems like a sea of soy butter sauce but luckily again my husband and I remembered to ask for the sauce on the side. The salmon was delicious. We originally wanted to try the Wood Smoked Butter Fresh Salmon but the server informed us that they were out of it –or more like they didn’t have any more of the sheet that creates the«wood smoke?» Love the ambiance, kid friendly, not too formal, not too casual. Never disappointed in the quality of their menu! Can’t wait to try the burgers and everything else.

MUSTGOMUSTGOMUSTGO! This place is sooo good, it’s worth the high price it charges. Service was good, location could be better, high priced food but well worth it. We had the spicy mac and cheese with ribeye flavored in teppan garlic. We also had DKBBBQ Platter 15(Jerked Chicken + BBQ Flank Steak + Chorizo Spiced Rice). There was so much food, we packed it for later. Also for every steak that’s purchased, they donate a $ 1 to one of the three charities they have. Parking is very tight, its located in a small location and parking is limited. If you’re in Guam, this is a restaurant you must visit…

Had the combo plate and it was a large size and delicious for a decent price. Ive also had«The Bone» before which is a huge braised short rib slow cooked until it falls of the bone. Decent price but a little loud and they dont have much fir dessert.

probably Guam isn’t a place for gourmet and makes this place such high ratings. food and interiors are just up to standard. ordered chef’s special«grilled new york cut and baby lobster» with mash potato side, including a glass of house red. asked medium rare for steak but it turns out nearly well-done… and lobster is medium rarely cooked instead! special dish totally for $ 50 plus tax and tips. burger is good though. 2 star for food and 1 star for two beautiful waitresses’ awesome services. a pretty average restaurant to try but don’t overly expect from others’ reviews.
