Accidently discovered this place on a Saturday night when we were looking for a quiet place to sit for a couple of hours and, although not at all quiet, we instantly liked this place. Not sure if it was the Saturday crowd or it is a regular thing, there was absolutely no place to sit. But we waited for a while and finally found a corner. It was worth the wait as the food was amazing. Expensive, nevertheless. And eating tapas only fuels your hunger ;) We opted for two different kinds tapas(chicken and fish) and a couple of drinks. Everything was perfect. Service was quick enough considering the crowd. Definitely going back for a full course meal.

Exceeds expectations! Savory tapas, broad wine selection, slightly $$$ but the portions are substantial. I prefer Churros ‘well done’ and will surely ask for it should I ever return!

Wow this place is expensive. That’s why I’m knocking off 1 star. The food however, was delicious. I had the Torilla Espanola and the Chicken with Aioli tapas. If I would have stayed in Helsinki longer, I would have definitely repeated this meal because it was seriously heavenly. I paired my meal with a Chilean strawberry sparkling wine, which was oh so good. I love the layout of this place. The tall glass windows let you gaze at the people on the street. People watching is a must when you’re abroad and Casa Largo made it possible. It’s very cozy and the staff is attentive. If you’re visiting and don’t mind spending a few bucks on a wonderful experience, I recommend this restaurant. :)

Passable tapas, the simple bar selection is better than the main restaurant.
