To enter, one must ring a bell and gain access. It’s got a very exclusive feel. It’s a smaller space and there were few tables occupied, which can be an issue for a restaurant. One wants to see they are going a lot of business. I don’t understand why this place wasn’t packed. They have English menus, which was very helpful. I selected my main of swordfish steak, a sauce of cream of chardonnay and a side of thick cut fries with a cream sauce drizzle. The swordfish was not the larger cut I’m used to in the states, but in the end it was good to not feel stuffed, but pleasantly full. It was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor. The cream of chardonnay was so good, my host and I both agreed that to be in a hot tub of it would be just fine with us. It was rich, creamy and delicate. My host had perfectly cooked tuna. For dessert was a wonderful berry flan with quinoa and cream. My portion of the meal was under $ 30, including wine. It was all so wonderful and I hope to return soon.
