Punto Saludable

Although small, this health food store has all of the basic, yet hard to find essentials to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Although there are a couple of other organic/​veggie stores close by Punto Saludable differentiates themselves by packing their small store with more than the average organic nuts, tofu and fruit selection of many. They offer gluten/​dairy/​soy free rice pasta, as well as lasagna sheets ($ 3590 CLP for a large box). They also sell gluten free rice and flax bread!
They have 2 kinds fresh tofu, huevos de campo/​free range eggs and sell all natural Pucara (local Chilean farm) yogurt for 2.000 per liter (seriously cheap!), along with pajaritos (the mother) to make your own yogurt at home.
They also have natural food grade oils such as the all-​purpose coconut oil. They also sell unsweetened (boxed) almond milk for 3 mil/​liter.
The best part is, from what I’ve seen, they are about half the price of other health food stores like Planta Maestra.
The owners are super nice and friendly and will help you with answering questions and finding what you need. They even have a suggestion book for things they should carry!

Los puntos de comida saludable están imponiéndose en Santiago. A mí me parece genial, ya que sabemos que la premisa de «mente sana en cuerpo sano» es bien cierta.
Hay un lugar que conozco hace un tiempo llamado Punto Saludable en barrio Bellas Artes que busca acercar a las personas esta idea o mejor dijo filosofía de vida.
En este lugar encontrarás comida y productos saludables, desde frutos secos, hasta cosméticos, que siempre nutren bien nuestro cuerpo, y por experiencia propia, vale la pena invertir en cosas ricas para nosotros. Recomiendo los productos de cuidado personal, NADA como aromas ricos!
Es uno de los lugares que más me gusta por los productos que hay, y ojo! uno también aprende de nuevos productos, y de paso, estás abierto a encontrar nuevos lugares.
Dese una vuelta, queda al lado del The Clinic en Bellas Artes.

It is virtually impossible to find all natural organic products in Santiago, this is why I love Punto Saludable. It is one of the only small shops that has things like organic quinoa, maki, coconut oil, and lots of all natural cosmetics.
They also have coconut water, all natural yogurts, and a wide assortment of healthy snacks. Punto Saludable reminds me a lot of all the health food stores I miss back home. The only downside is that it is super super super expensive.
It is great if you go in once or twice a month to stock up on quinoa or other things for your pantry, but watch out cause it is really easy to go overboard and over your budget. However it is small and locally owned so at least you can feel good about buying sustainably and supporting the community.

Como les he comentado en reseñas anteriores estoy a dieta (cambiando un estilo de vida la verdad), y en este cambio fueron necesarios varias restructuraciones de mi alimentación y aderezos, fue así como comencé a prevalecer los productos naturales y los alimentos de preparación menos procesada.
Y fue en ese proceso que me tope con Punto saludable (un día no muy saludable que venia saliendo de un almuerzo on fire en The Clinic) entramos a mirar y era una maravilla de productos que venden estos chicos, frutos deshidratados, quesos frescos con ciboulette, chocolate soya. incluso huevos de campo que son una maravilla.
Y no sólo eso, también venden productos de belleza que son una maravilla, como shampoo, jabones y lociones hidratantes.
Ya lo saben si desean comenzar a cuidarse como yo. punto saludable es un excelente opción.

En pleno Bella Artes se encuentra un espacio distinto a todos los otros del lugar. Punto Saludable, en Monjitas 560, es al local que se debe asistir cuando de alimentos saludables se trata. Cerca hay un súpermercado, pero, obviamente, allá no encontrarán los productos que sus organismos les exigen.
Pueden encontrar, entre otras cosas: frutos secos, tofu, yogurt y mayonesa de soya, jugos, mermeladas e incluso productos cosméticos. Y la atención es de lo mejor, casi como si fuera parte esencial de lo que Punto Saludable también puede ofrecer.
PS se encuentra a pasos del Bar The Clinic y a una cuadra, aproximadamente, del metro Bella Artes. Así que si están en el sector y necesitan comprar productos saludables que no encontrarán en un supermercado, en Monjitas 560 darán fin a su búsqueda y continuarán alimentándose sanamente.
