History
Established in 1962.
This business was started in 1962, by my grandparents, Carroll and Florence Mosher. Started as a small takeout, in the summers they would have a large tent at the local South Shore Exhibition and the Fishermens Ex. Many moons ago. Since then my grandfather also had a pool hall in the section that is now the dining room. When my mother, Leonore Cleveland, took over, she also ran a dress shop in the section that is now the dining room. In 1986 a major renovation was done and we added on a room designated as the bakery and the upstairs is an office. And the rest as they say is history. We have been going strong for 51 seasons…
Meet the Manager
Natalie C.
Manager
I am the grand daughter of the original owners, Carroll and Florence Mosher and daughter of Leonore Cleveland. I have worked at this restaurant since I was a child. I can remember coming in and helping my grandmother, back in the day to fill ketchup cups. All of us cousins, worked here at some point and time, doing odd jobs, we used to peel potatoes out back in a shed. Those days are gone. I started working here full time about 31 years ago, as a cook, then went on to Bookkeeper and now Manager/Bookkeeper/Waitress/Dishwasher/Jack of all trades.
