Zach, in the shoe department was a knight in shining armour, yesterday!
It was one of those days I’m looking for a specific shoe, very specific, and they didn’t have it in the size I requested.
Zach brought out a larger size but then said: «I know it’s not what you asked for but I think you may like this shoe of similar style.» I said grudgingly, «ok I’ll try it» I was in a rush, see.
Next thing I know, I’m saying «I can’t believe you just picked out a shoe for me!» and we High-​Fived!
Thanks Zach! Your above and beyond efforts were really appreciated… AND you accommodated my rush! Very classy!

OMG. did hell freeze over??? Did pigs fly??? Because I received great service at The Bay today!!!
I was in the search of some earings that I had already purchased ages ago but I lost one and needed a new pair… they were Guess and it’s been months I assumed I was SOL… I asked the girl at the jewelery counter if they had them. explained what they looked like… and she didn’t think they did. then she did something AMAZING… she offered to check through the drawers to see if they had any around… ummm. what? you mean you want to do your job and help me? At The Bay? For a hot minute I thought I was on candid camera… she soon returned with a big grim and my earings in hand… AND they were on sale! Praise Jesbuz!

The Bay at Park Royal has a nice layout and a good selection, BUT I had some of the worst customer service here. There was a big sale on and I found some pretty jewelery on the mark down table. Unfortunately, the item that I was most interested in didn’t have a price tag. I approached the gaggle of sales people at the jewelery counter, but they were too busy gossiping with each other to be bothered with me, the annoying customer. I was finally able to get one of them to pay attention to me and she informed me that I couldn’t buy the jewelery because it had no tag. Really? That’s your answer?! I went back to the big pile of jewelery and dug around for a couple of minutes until, victory, I found an identical necklace with a price tag! I got a cute necklace for a great price, no thanks to the employees in the jewelery department.
