I Insured my Motorcycle through these people and and was dismayed to find out that when I wanted to upgrade my motorcycle to a larger size I couldn’t because I didn’t «qualify» even though I have been riding for 4 years with no accidents and I took a course. So you would think that I would just be able to cancel my insurance policy on the smaller bike(which I won’t be riding) and just go with another insurance provider for the larger bike, but no, I’m not allowed to cancel the policy unless I move out of the province or sell the bike(which I’m not going to do at this time because it’s winter and the market isn’t great). So now I’m stuck with insurance on a bike that I don’t ride. They even tried to tell me that no one would insure the bike privately because of the size and my riding experience — which is a load of crap because I have called 3 places since then. What a bunch of crooks. I would never recommend these guys to anyone that is a new rider, they don’t tell you any of this information when you sign on and they don’t allow you to grow as a responsible rider.
