Nice, modern office with toys for young children in the waiting area. I’ve purchased Autoplan insurance and transferred ownership several times at this location, and each time things went smoothly, but always very slow.
I recently transferred ownership on a vehicle, and it took about half an hour, which seemed like an eternity as the rep slowly pecked at the keyboard. The rep also asked me about the life, disability, and home insurance services I use, and insisted that I fill out a questionnaire asking why I chose to decline more information about their services. The form included phone and e-​mail contact information — presumably so a different agent can contact me later to ask more questions. Perhaps standard procedure, but I felt harassed when all I wanted to do was a standard transfer of ownership and purchase of standard Autoplan insurance.
