My favourite phở to-go place in Victoria. I highly recommend getting the spicy beef broth in the vegetable phở. My husband usually gets the spicy beef phở which is delicious too. If you call ahead they are very quick about getting everything ready in about 10 – 15 minutes. Good portion sizes, and good prices

Had the B2 vermicelli noodles with BBQ pork and spring roll combo for lunch for $ 10.45. Was absolutely amazing! Huge portion too! Pork was perfect! Lots of fresh sprouts, cucumber and lettuce as well. Fantastic value! Service was good too, but had to wait about 15 minutes as the place was packed with small line-up to get in. At 1pm on a Tuesday! Yes! It’s that good! Approximately half the diners were Asian/Oriental which is always a good sign! Will definitely return! Good job Phở Ever! So Phở King Good!

Best phở in town, perhaps even in the world… I have travelled throughout Vietnam and never had phở quite so delicious. The meat is always high quality, and the broth is always slow cooker to perfection. Add extra veg for a couple bucks to health it up. You’ll be impressed with the selection from zucchini to spinach. Great service and pretty late hours are the cherry on top! And no, I’m not related haha I just love this place.

I’m from Calgary where there is a viet Resturant on every corner. The food was ok. Nothing to write home about. Service same thing. Best viet in Victoria since they don’t have many options.

I enjoyed dinner here. The service was friendly and the food was good. My partner had a spicy tofu dish(the bites I had were amazing!) and I had the vegetarian bi bim bap, which was nice and fresh but not so «authentic». Obviously having vegetarian bi bim bap is not going to be super authentic, but I was surprised that it wasn’t sizzling hot and that the egg came fully cooked. The bubble tea was great and so was the veggie spring roll :)

This restaurant is very close to where I live so I eat here on a weekly basis. Very huge in portion but everything tastes so good. Excellent value for money.

With a name like Phở Ever and such a huge variety in the menu, I wasn’t sure what I was going to get. I ordered a bowl of phở with brisket, trip and tenden. The serving size was massive. It tasted exactly the way that phở should be so no complaints at all. Service, on the other hand, was a little lackluster. There weren’t that many people in the restaurant when I was there. Maybe another 2 tables. While it started off quick and attentive, by the time we left, we had to really struggle to get their attention to pay. One server had disappeared and the other was on the phone. Regardless, if you need a warm bowl of soupy noodles to warm you up in this cold weather, then definitely try this place out.

I love coming here for the casual dining experience and the cheap delicious food. The menu extends beyond phở, they also do great appetizers and stir fry, and it is also super quick. I’ve found the staff to be very polite, and always on top of refilling glasses(which is a must when you like spicy food).

I enjoy coming to this place when I don’t want to go to any other restaurants. It somehow never became my first choice. My boyfriend likes their phở, and I always order their bibimbap. I just wish they had the dolsot bibimbap. The food their tastes great and I enjoy their service a lot. I have recommended this place to some friends and some like it and some don’t. So overall I give it a 4 star!

Make sure you know what you are ordering, there’s Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese. If you are hoping for Vietnamese and get something Korean, you might be surprised. I usually get the Korean dishes and they are authentic and very filling, especially the rice dishes.

Had the phở twice and it rocks. The big servings are nice but it’s the quality of the broth that really wows — clear, crisp beef flavours with no additives and lots of fresh garnish. I could hardly stop drinking it down. The meat is high quality — no cheap crumbs of brisket and no sloppy, tough cuts of flank. I found it a bit odd that they don’t have basil with their bean sprouts but otherwise it’s great phở.

I stumbled upon this place after driving past it for 9 months. Strangely I had no clue this place was a restaurant 5 minutes from home so on a cold, exhausting day, my friend and I, both not in the mood to do any thinking, came here for a bowl of Phở. Coming from Nanaimo which has EXCELLENT phở, I’m a bit of a skeptic. I used to go on a weekly basis for phở at a very popular Nanaimo restaurant and have been a little spoiled from the experience. That being said, I had a very enjoyable first experience. The restaurant is a little hole in the wall(I say that with Love!) with the standard wood tables and plastic like chairs. My friend and I both ordered bowls of phở with meatballs, and raw beef slices except my friend decided to add the other bits of pieces including tripe and tendon(neither which caters to my tastes). Within 10 minutes, we were enjoying a rich flavorful brother with tender meat and cooked just right phở noodles. Very enjoyable! This experience brought me back a second time with the addition of a Vietnamese coffee. I’m a huge fan of this coffee and if you haven’t had one I highly recommend them. Normally when you order this coffee they give you a little metal coffee filter thing sitting on top of a glass cup that is filled about ¼ full of sweetened condensed milk. The coffee slowly drips down into the cup and melts the milk. You then add ice cubes to chill it and enjoy. However, in this case, when we got the coffee the coffee was already in the cup leaving you with just ice cubes to add to the drink. The best part of this experience is watching the coffee slowly drip into the cup so that part was slightly ruined. The drink still tasted decent but I found the coffee slightly weak. Decent Vietnamese coffee but not great. All in all, I enjoy their Phở and love that it is walking distance from home. Great place to enjoy a bowl of steaming noodles on a cold day. The service is generally decent as we normally eat at strange slow times but still good. I’ll definitely go back soon!

Phở is excellent. Bentos are good but average. Good parking. The Korean food is not really showcased. I go regularly. Great service.

Its an odd place, a fusion of Korean, Vietnamese, and Japanese. The spicy pork dinner bento box was excellent and came with a nice little bowl of phở. The food was great and the service was excellent. We are definitely going back
