Pilates Possibilities is a professionally equipped home-based Pilates studio located in Thornhill Woods.
Private lessons are available on Mat and Pilates Equipment.
Semi-Private Lessons are available on Mat with small props.
Yvonne M Wilson, STOTT Pilates® Certified Instructor, will personalize a program that focuses on your goals and needs.
Pilates exercises are non-impact and anatomically based with the goal of bringing your body closer to its natural alignment through focus on Core Stability and balancing Muscular Strength with Flexibility.
