Zero mercy for beginners. Modifications? Ha — not even in their vocabulary. I don’t know whether to cry tears of pain or joy for my future wicked-barre body! Weightlifters and HIITers, this workout will kick your ass! There are no breaks — at least not with Tonia! 1 star off cuz seriously there’s no consideration for beginners… You will see fit-looking girls die off near the end of these classes or bail halfway in. It’s one of the hardest workouts ever so the presenters should take time to welcome newbies and remind them to go at their own pace and offer slight modifications, you know, so that people don’t pass out! Lol. Also, it would be a nice improvement if there was tea offered and very early classes in the schedule. Oh and the change room is very small with limited lockers — I can’t imagine how overpacked it would be if they had a full class. Somehow they managed to fit 2 bathroom stalls and 2 showers in though — miraculous. Anyway, all in all, if you wanna focus on your core, tone up or break through a fitness plateau then I definitely suggest signing up for the 2 week unlimited pass for $ 30. There’s an excellent variety of programs including yoga and spin and the evening weekday schedule is very accommodating. Filtered water is available for free and there’s workout gear for sale on site. Have a great and sweaty workout!
