Zagg Invisible Shield

Worst customer service ever.
I went to Zagg Invisible Shield in Richmond Centre with my friend to get his screen protector replaced because apparently Invisible Shield gives you a warranty for their products incase anything happens. Any way, long story short. My friend replaced his screen protector at Oakridge already but it kept getting air bubbles from a piece of dust that was underneath the screen protector. It caused a lot of issues and we realized Oakridge kiosk was closed so we headed down to Richmond Centre.
The guy working at the kiosk in Richmond Centre was nothing but rude to us and accused my friend for creating the bubbles. The guy kept saying «i’m so sure that happened» in a very disrespectful manner. This guy seemed like he hates his job, just listening to his ipod and watching movies while ignoring customers.
Finally, I asked for a business card of his manager and that is when he started saying «whatever I will replace it for you then» and yet he still did a pretty bad job on it.
Invisible Shield is not worth it! May as well just spend $ 1 – 2 ONLY on ebay and get yourself a screen protector that will probably last you longer and without having to interact with people who act like they hate their jobs because I believe in EXCEPTIONAL customer service so I’m definitely NOT impressed.

Zagg Invisibleshield kiosk in Oakridge Centre Mall. If you want to protect that Ipad, Ifone or any electronic gadgets from the jungle of dangers in your pockets, purse or backpack there is a a place that not only sells screen protectors and full body protectors for all manner of life’s necessary communicaton and entertanment devices but professionally installs the protectors as well. Not unless one is practiced and is a ‘black belt’ in the fine and finicky art of applying/​installing screen protectors and such you can save yourself a lot of grief and frustration and let them install it and gaurantee both product and installation Fingerprints, dust mites, bubbles begone… Zagg is considered the benchmark in the gadget protection leagues… now you can have it look like it should on your cherished must have gizmos.
