Ultra Shine Hand Car Wash & Auto Detailing

I have had couple car wash in here and the guys do pretty awesome job! But today they lost a costumer!!! Regular car wash is $ 32 but a guy told me that «look how dirty your car and it would be $ 37» i have no idea how he decides it is too dirty or less dirty. Regular car wash means regular car wash… (there is no garbage in my car and my floor mats are rubber. All it needs vacuum and wash the rubbers. So sorry but this is ridiculous!!! Giving 2 stars just cause the last couple washes i had…

Nice staff, very thorough carwash and clean and decent waiting room with free coffee, couches, magazines and TV. The price starts at $ 30 for standard interior/​exterior wash. I can’t complain and honestly much better than doing those $ 15 ineffective drive through washes!
I even got a complimentary lemon air freshener. Thanks guys!

Very happy with my service today. My car was quite dirty and I am happy with how clean they got it. I think the price is great considering I have spent $ 15 in the past for a drive thru car was that misses so many spots on the car, leaving quite a bit of dirt on the car. So for $ 35 I get my car washed, my dashboard cleaned, my floors/​mats cleaned, and my windows cleaned, I would say it is definitely worth the 35. PS. the exterior is ACTUALLY clean: D So I am quite happy!

This place offers detailing and hand car wash … Staff is always on point with their consistency to ensure your car is leaving spotless and clean. Visit 12 times get 1 free is a great incentive to keep me coming back. Always a happy customer !!

Okay Ultra Shine WTH? my girl calls after a glowing recommendation from me on your wash and detail services and calls to make an interior detail appointment for her 2013 Honda Fit.
$ 150 on the website. «$ 200»… what kind of interior? «you have cloth seats?, oh cloth seats are extra»… it says LEATHER seats are extra on your website…
so. disappointed.

This used to be my go to place for car washes. And due to their popularity it’s hard to really spend an hour to get my car cleaned.
I had some time today, I guess it’s been way to long since I’ve gone. They have basically doubled their prices.
In a hurry, I paid my bill and left. Walking out to my car there was still quite a bit of streaks throughout the car.
Taking a closer look at home in my parkade. I see there is still quite a bit of break dust on my wheels, and a couple pieces of bird crap still on my hood. Thinking it might be fresh I thought «just my luck». Looking closer I can see that it was there prior and it still had a piece of the cloth where they tried to wipe it.
Service is friendly. But at that price I’d hope so. I’m sure they do a great job for the premium packages. But on a quick basic wash they clearly just want to push the cars out.
At this price, I’d rather run it through a touchless wash 3 times and vacuum myself. And I’d still save some time and money.
I wouldn’t recommend, or just be very thorough upon completion of your car wash. I won’t be coming back.

They took great care of my car on very short notice. I brought my Toyota Sienna for a full detailing job. He and his staff did an excellent job. I will bring my van there again in the future.

I LOVE this car wash I bring both of our Lexus in and they do an amazing job every time. Staff is nice. I recommend this business for anyone. Even if you are in a hurry. 32 $ plus tax. Free air freshener at the end (which place gives you that??). Inside and out. If you go in the morning it’s really fast but efficient and they don’t use the same shammy on your rims and then sneaky to use it on the car because they are lazy. So highly recommended!!!

Paid $ 50 for ultra clean wash, but found out my car was still not clean at all, especially the leather part. So I added another $ 60 for cleaning leather seats… End up with $ 110ish. When I picked up my car, I told the guy that both doors inside part were still dirty. If he can use wet towel to wipe it that would be great! He was really polite and said «sorry, i forgot to clean this part. I will wipe it now.» Then the cashier lady quickly came to me and said «what you ask him to do is something extra, you need to pay more if you want this done.» ARE U KIDDING ME??? $ 110ish for this type of car wash? Very disappointed service!

Just excellent! Best car wash service ever. I brought in my 25-​year old old Acura this morning for some TLC and the Ultra Clean. It came out looking amazing. There was a Lexus, a Benz and a BMW before me, but they treated my car as if it were a Rolls. Very, very pleased. They pay attention to the small things, which is so important. I had a $ 250 detailing on this car a few years ago, and I have to say, the $ 48 Ultra Clean by Ultra Shine was far superior. The car is spotless. Really happy.

Meh. Good from far, far from good. Got in the car and had to wipe down the dash, as there were fibres all over it! Not much attention to detail here.
The search for a good car wash continues…

I use my truck for work, camping and surfing, which means I’m on dusty logging roads most days and the inside of my truck (especially the bed & canopy) is constantly covered in a thick layer of dirt and salt. It was in rough shape and really needed an interior detailing.
I’ve taken my truck to other detailers in town, who ended up cleaning the easy spots, slapping on some armor all and bombing it with air freshener (for over $ 200!). Ultra Shine went through every crook, cranny and compartment and gave it some real attention. Walked away with a shiny truck, without the slimy coatings, and it smells brand new! Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Best hand car wash in the city. Polite greetings and attention to requests are always consistent.
I get all my car cleaned here and have tried the standard package at the way to the ultra shine. Everytime my car is squeaky clean in and out.
They do lots of high end vehicles here, and but at the same time treat every types of cars the same

This place never fails to please me! I came in on an emergency clean and they delivered ! My car feels brand new. Great help from Anthony for giving me tips and showing me how to keep a cleaner car. This place has it all! And I don’t even mind waiting to get my car cleaned because there waiting lounge is a great spot to relax and sit back while you get your car cleaned. Overall I’m very happy and recommend this place to everyone !

My minivan is like new! I came here after my car was broken into and a druggie slept in my car :(We also went to the pumpkin patch with 2 toddlers and a baby the weekend before. So my car was just a disaster. I wanted the inside disinfected before I put my kids back in. They did a fantastic job! So helpful with helping me remove heavy car seats etc out of the car and understanding about the level of cleaning I wanted inside. For under $ 50 I drove away happy with a spotless car (every crack and cup holder inside was clean). In less than 20 minutes too! And nobody had their hand out for a tip, which is nice. Will definitely be back!
Ps they do have a cheaper option around $ 20, but my car was disgusting and I wanted a serious cleaning).

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I’m glad I decided to try it out! The shop is easy to find and the staff were very accommodating.
Someone takes a look at your car and gives a quote based on what you want done and how much work is needed to get the job done. I went in wanting a good wash and a quick detail inside my car, and for the price I paid, I was very happy!
Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality car wash or detail!

I have referred many of my friends to this place but today was the worst service I’ve had in a very long time.
Came in with a dirty car (obviously, that is the reason why we go to your car wash). Now they have a new system where a person greets you and tries to «upsell» you packages you dont need.
This person told me my car was too dirty and it would be $ 20 extra because I would need a special solution. (Double the price). I told them I just need the basic wash. And he said he CANNOT do it and forces me to pay extra $ 20 because they would need to buy new mits because once they wash my car they need to replace it (not my problem or any customer’s problem).
Excellent customer service goes a long way, but today was the worst I’ve got from a car wash.
Not coming back and none of my friends/​family are coming back either.
Only come to this car wash if your car is clean.

These guys are amazing!!!
If you care for your car, have it washed by hand. Machines are faster (and cheaper) but the scratch your car, they can break your windshields, etc.
I take my car to Ultra Shine and every time I go there I leave extremely happy. I am very attentive to details and I have never found anything that should have been done better. They perform an EXCELLENT job there!
They are fast and they are perfect.

My car wash was $ 50 — seems a little high for a car wash but whatever thats not my complaint.
The service was rude — this should have been a sign to go somewhere else. They also informed me that for every 10 minutes my car sat idle after they were done washing it would cost me an extra $ 30. Thats absurd — but i wasn’t late on picking it up — so their penalty costs worked! lol.
What drove me crazy was that my car was still partially dirty. There was visible dirt on my seats, there was water, not water spots, on my headlights and my mirrors. For $ 50 they should at the very least dry the entire car. Most irritating, there were still grime on the hood and windshield.
They really did a less than acceptable job. I won’t be returning and I highly suggest you don’t give this place a try.
