I have been storing household goods and occasionally a case or two of wine since 2012’t and didn’t have any problems. Downsized lockers as needed. No problems until we were moved to the 4th floor. It was very warm up there. I asked the manager how hot it gets because I occasionally stored a bit of wine for short terms. Was assured it would be fine. Well, it wasn’t. During the heat of the summer it got excessively hot. Well over the 85 °F usually considered the upper range of climate controlled. While they advertise as climate controlled, there is no definition on their website as to what that means. No complaints about cleanliness or access but definitely do not show any duty of care to their clients. Blatant denial of statements made by the staff. Would no longer recommend them because I just don’t trust them if a problem occurs. Bess

I needed moving boxes and after checking a bunch of places decided to get them from Maple Leaf. They have package deals for 1 – 2 bedroom houses, 3 – 4 bedroom houses etc. Prices seemed competitive. Staff greeted me pleasantly when I entered and were super helpful pulling out the boxes I wanted and loaded them onto a dolly. The dude in the office then helped(ok he did all the work) load them into my car for me! Really nice! There’s lots of convenient parking in around the facility so not to worry about that. Happy box receiving customer here.

I have referred many of my clients to Maple Leaf Storage and they have been impressed with their service, faculties and rates. In my dealings personally with them I have found their locations convenient, clean & organized. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Whenever I sell a home I always refer my clients to Maple Leaf Storage as moving can be stressful on them and having a storage company that is easy to deal with makes it easy on them.
