Hidden store, very easily missed by the naked eye or if you’re walking too fast overwhelmed by the other retail offerings of the area. The store is small, however, the selection is quality. Stuff that people actually want from the brand. The prices are just like any other location. There were a few things that caught my eye. Customer service was good.

Great location in the heart of downtown so it’s easy to swing by and grab a couple of basics like their amazing cotton/spandex leggings. Every time I’ve called them to set things aside for me, they’ve been courteous and helpful. Although it would be more convenient for me to drive to the Metrotown location, I’ve found the staff at Robson to be more relaxed which makes it easier to shop.

I have been shopping at TNA for a few years now, specifically for their tights and summer tank tops and I typically just poke my head in, grab exactly what I need and head out. I was off on Robson shopping with a couple friends and we stopped in here for some staples. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I had. The two sales associates clearly knew my friends and made me incredibly welcome, offering things to try on and what have you. I settled on some leggings and a new jean top and I am both happy with them and so incredibly happy with the service I had. I often feel when I go into TNA because I am not a tiny person that I get treated a bit like«how do you expect to fit in this» but these two made us so welcome, suggesting what would be most flattering and were really exactly what I needed in a shopping experience.

I’m a reluctant fan, only because they have clothes in my size, and I now live in a place where everyone doesn’t dress like an Aritzia clone. Sure, their sales staff can be super overbearing at times, and I hate the sales tactic of leaving the mirrors outside the change rooms, but on this visit TNA was in top form. It helped that the store was super quiet on a rainy day, but the girls were incredible when it came to helping me pick out clothes for my fashion-weak self. Two of the tops I purchased were on their recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier that I have something to remind me of home when I’m baffled by the large sizes in the States. Sadly, prices can be incredibly steep, and this store always has me longing for the nicest and most expensive pair of jeans. Rag and Bone, why must you be so crazy? Sigh.

Weird staff. I don’t care to buy your overpriced goods miss, I’m just here because of my sister. Just because I have a big bag, and I have it placed where the socks are doesn’t mean that I am going to steal your socks you idiot. I still don’t understand who wears TNA anymore… I remember I used to be obsessed with it in grade 8, not anymore though… The staff acknowledged me when I walked into the store, and 2 asked me if I needed something, but I felt like they were watching me like a hawk.

I’ve been in this one a few times, same old story every time. You either get a hi and barely any service if you were to make your way into the dressing room or vice versa. The last time I was in, and probably ever in was on a hot day last summer, I bought around $ 200-$ 250 worth of stuff, I had to go pick out other sizes for myself because she was too busy chatting to her co-worker. The whole time I was there I think she only checked up once/twice since there was another girl in the change room as well. I don’t know what the deal is with all the Aritzia girls, but they need to have customer service classes or someone to work with them on their attitudes/mindset on customer service.

I always feel a little old when I come here. I think that’s mainly due to the staff, who, I swear, must be thirteen or something. This said, I often come here with MY little sister, who also isn’t thirteen and who also feels old. They carry a lovely range of premium denims(i.e. the ones with all the fanciful backpocket designs) and basics. If you’re looking for that hooded cotton jacket that everyone and their mother has, this is the place to find it. That and those sweat suits conspicuously emblazoned with the TNA logo.

Aritzia’s little sister is located roughly a block from the mega Aritzia on Robson Street. Weird? Yes. Smart? Yes. Why is it smart, you ask? Well, if you can’t find something TNA at Aritzia, you can just walk down the street, literally, and probably find it at the TNA store. While TNA is pretty cramped and cozy — it doesn’t disappoint on merchandise selection. They offer various different lines of jeans, along with the signature TNA hoodies and tanks. I feel warm and fuzzy just thinking about it.
